I've found many similar complaints against StubHub, things such as Customer Service Reps saying they promise to follow-up and call you back and never do, much time wasted when already purchased tickets become unavailable and offers are made that are no-where near as good as the tickets purchased. Long telephone on-hold wait times no matter what time of day or night a person calls. StubHub says they open at 4:00 A.M. Pacific Time, but in my case began to take calls only at 4:45 A.M. Pacific Time. I even had to wait 20 minutes on hold at 4:00 A.M.! Plus the lack of information they provided on where my seat was located. I found a row of seats in front of what StubHub listed as Row 1 in the Infield Dugout Box seats at the grass - expensive seats! StubHub would not refund my money or find me a front row seat even though the ticket I had purchased wasn't to be shipped for another three days. Several Customer Service Reps I spoke with all said they'd defininetly follow-up and call me back - and never did!
StubHub has professionally trained Customer Service Reps that sweet-talk while at the same time screw you in an uncompromising way to steal your money (my opinion). They have an answer for everything but it's all in their favor. They seem to take pleasure in being uncompromising about money. If you get upset, they'll only make it worse and might say you don't have to be rude.in my opinion, they are professionally trained ass%les. Forget StubHub. Better to deal locally on Craigslist.
