I have Morgan Net Plus for my internet provider. We live in a small town, it is a locally owned company. We can not get on line and have not been able to use the service for 10 days. Morgan Net Plus states it is a problem with Sprint, Sprint states it is a problem with MNP. They are offering no solution, and can not say when the problem will be fixed.
I know several customers who use MNP. Many of them have paid thier bill for a whole year, others have the charges taken out of thier checking monthly. MNP is not offering to reimberse customers. No one is available at the office to answer questions or confirm rumors. I am very upset by the way these local friends and co workers have been managing this service.
