Took money... Product never sent

Ordered dvd on april 29th. They said it was shipped on 5/11 with USPS # 9121805213907025695991. Checked with post office and they said NO post office has recieved package. It is now may 31 and have not recieved package and after numerous E-mails to cartoon-avenue have only recieved generic computer answers.
