Purchased a set of headphones. When I received them they did not work. Contacted them & they asked for the item to be returned for repair/replacement. Item return to them. After 3 week I had to send 6-8 emails asking for information. Finally received head phones back. This time the headphones still didn't work & they had broken one of the cables. Their response to this was "we repaired the item & we didn't damage the cable". They keep avoiding the issue of replacing the item or offering to refund my money. When they ignore my e-mails I raise another "ticket" which they initially answer with the same questions. They then ignore my requests for replacement/refund. This is in violation of their warranty policy, as I should have been able to had a replacement by now.
I will continue to send "tickets" to them until I get my money back or item replaced.
