I am so sick of this stupid system. We wait for events to go on sale and get in to the system and after a 1 minute wait you are told there are no tickets available. Go to Ebay when tickets go on sale and the ticket brokers have their tickets for sale and say the event is sold out!
The worst part is we the consumers have no recourse. If you want tickets to an event that is a popular venue don't waste your time with ticketmaster, they are out to work with the brokers and make the big bucks. Basically the consumer loses and the brokers rip off these same consumers.
Why isn't there some sort of protection for the basic consumer?
