NCAA tickets for rounds 4 and 5 were to go onsale to the general public at 10 AM on October 15. I worked the phones and internet purchases at the same time. I hit it perfectly... 10 AM I was talking to a consultant and making my choices online. The only tickets left were upper bowl tickets, deep in the corner. All lower bowl tickets are pre-sold and are now online at different brokers for 5 times the face value. I understand saving tickets for the schools that are participating. But, this is much bigger than that. This is a rip off. NCAA most likely forces TicketMaster to sell at Face value. They pre-sell all good tickets to other ticket agencies and Joe Average (me) doesn't ahve a chance in h*l of getting good tickets. What a rip off.
