I have been without a cook top for over two months. It is a Sears Elite induction cook top which quit working after 1-1/2years. I have had two cancellations from the repair service which you would think they would attempt to put us on the beginning of the schedule. I am on the schedule for after 5pm. What are my chances of getting it repaired today! I have spoke to several agents which give me the run around and tell me that they have no manager or supervisor on the schedule and they have no ability to change the schedule. One lady gave me the Thorton, Colorado service center phone number to call and it is a number which has been disconnected or out of service. I also went to the Great Indoors to speak to the manager which he was not in and never got a phone call back from them. We have a household full of Sears appliances but I am done with them!!!
