I figured with the name SEARS they would have good service, I was mistaken. The people I spoke to on the phone were unprofessional and couldn't even find my service ticket (when I called to find out what time technician would be arriving). They quoted me 10-11am. At 11:15, no technician, no call. I called again and they said "Oh, he's running late. He will call you when he's on his way by 12noon." He arrived at 11:50 in a uniform and vehicle that said nothing about SEARS. He worked on my washer for an hour, didn't really find anything wrong except black mold (Yay) and I was charged their high fee of $139 an hour. After finally leaving, I went to the washer to try the expensive chemical that should remove the black mold only to find he did not put the washer back together correctly and my front load detergent dispenser wouldn't close all the way. I called within 5 minutes and the rep said he would get him right back to my home and he will call me. It's 2 days later and I still have not heard anything from anyone. I called customer service again today and was told they could come out between 1 and 5pm. I have already lost half a day of work and cannot miss another half day waiting for someone to hopefully call or show up. I asked if I could get a specific time or get someone over immediately since this was there fault. I was told no, I asked for a supervisor. He was apparently too busy to take my call and reiterated what the rep had told me. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced. I used to think cable companies had bad service but this is very rinky dink, unreliable, expensive and frustrating!
