Have master protection plan with Sears, called about my front load washer leaking, took two weeks for appointment. Sears called the day before to confirm that someone had to be home age 18 or older between 8:00 to 5:00
I am a 61 year old widow and called Sears at 3:00 and they said I was on the schedule to be serviced then I called back at 5:00 and they said their was not a technician available an I will have to reschedule, asked for supervisor, they said it will two weeks and I told them my washer was leaking and I had to have it fixed so she put me on hold to see what could be done, got disconnected, called sears back and computers were down and to call back in a couple of hours, asked for supervisor again, was put on hold and finally hung up after 20 minutes.
Day later, still have not heard from sears except last night got a recording to reschedule.
Like I said I am retired widow with only time, I am complaining any way I can and now in process of reporting to BBB.
