I bought a Brick-Back (36') rear panel for my insert fireplace and had to wait couple of months before it finally got delivered.
I'm most disappointed however by the quality of the panel. Only after a couple of months of modest use (few times / week) little cracks started to show, which occasionally grew out. I don't think the panel is going to last an entire season and it will fall apart soon... Moreover, when I called to ask for warranty, they told me this was not covered and suggested that I dropped a log against it...
