I ordered a replacement receiver for a fireplace on October 25. I received a message that I would receive a tracking number "shortly" for my order. When I did not receive it within 7 days, I called customer service. The representative told me that the order was confirmed with the manufacturer on October 28 and that lead time was 12 business days. I am now at 29 days since "confirmation" and I have not received said part nor been told of an expected delivery date.
