The Brick 's call service or centre is just horrible. The wait takes forever if you're lucky enough that they won't hangup on you. I've had a bad experience from them before when they took a couple of months just to deliver a lamp i had purchased. FOR A LAMP.
This was more than 5 years ago. Sooo I thought that i would give them a second chance. Well this time I didn't go with their delivery service as to i didn't want to wait months after buying my table. They did not call me to let me know when my table is in for pickup when they said they would so I called them. The CALL SERVICE is horrible! How many complaints are you getting that your phone calls are blocked and put on hold for more than an hour!?
I just want to pickup my table that they said "should be in" few days ago. Well now I'm going to The Brick to see if my table is in. -If it's not... Ugh! No more Brick products for me.
