We got 2 months behind on our mortgage. Chase did offer us a repayment plan, which we followed. I made a cash payment through Moneygram, on the payment due date. Chase had the money in 10 minutes. However, now they are telling me they do not accept Moneygram, and better still, they cannot find my payment! So, they have put the responsibility on me to call them again in 3 days, to see if they located my payment, and I have to request a new repayment plan. According to them, the plan has been broken! What a bunch of nonsense! I have also twice sent in home loan mod. Paperwork, which they never found. I will never do business with this co. Again.
