I have a loan with Chase Bank. I did not know that I have been charged $132 a month for a payment protector plan (ppp) that I never authorized. Both Chase and PPP believe that I signed up over the phone when called by a telemarketer. I have asked for proof of authorization, which neither Chase nor PPP will provide. I have asked for a refund of the payments, which total $8900 over 68 months. The charge was hidden at the bottom of the bill. I only look the top of the bill for the payment amount. I do not look further since I do not have or use a Chase credit card on this account. When I try to resolve the matter, I am passed back and forth between Chase and PPP. Each company say the other should be handling the matter.
