I purchased a new HVAC system to be installed at the beggining of August. I was givin the run around by the installers and the management in St. Louis. I hope sears hasthe guts to post the pictures i sent to them as well as the Attorney Genaral. It wasnt till I had to do that to get them to realize how crappy of a job their installers had done. Their intstallers be it 4 times with the first group that made it worse everytime they came. Then i was on the phone with st. Louis for about 3 weeks waiting on calls to be made and to be givin a cold shoulder. Now Dec comes around andd2 rooms had no heat because the original installers caused the a/c run off to be directed to the wrong spot my ducts. Night and shinning armor comes to fix it all. He did for the most part. Heat was fine rest of winter. My a/c however couldnt be fixed till warmer temperatures. 3 weeks of 80 in my house i have 2 daughters under 3 years old and pets. Anyway he finally got here and fixed it. The A/C unit i kid u not ran 24 hours and the compressor went out. So here i am pissed of sweating in my house and the night in shinning armor cant come back for 4 weeks. So i wonder now will they send the same *s before that couldnt get it right with four trys. Oh ya, 10 months of intrest
