Empire carpet we had installed is flat after not even two years and we don't wear shoes in house. We tried after not even a year to get support but they told me we got what we paid for and that we could get someone out to look at it but we would never win.
Empire may respond to my complaint, but I know that they will not do anything about it other then try to look good by saying they are sorry we are unhappy. We will never win with this company.
