Purchased carpeting July of last year at almost $3,000. Carpeting started showing signs of wear and turn within a few months. My husband and I and a small Westhighland White Terrier live in this house. My son mentioned the carpet was becoming worn and thenb 2 friends commented on it. Empire send 2 men who only spoke Spanish in front of us. Then a manager Mike came to look at it and right away told yus that Empire was having a lot of complaints regarding this carpeting and that he could see the wear and tear. He also said the carpet should not ge showing so much wear. Then an independent contractor came and his report said that the carpet showed normal wear. If I could hire an independent inspector I'm sure he would say the carpet is showing abnormal wear and tear. I will never purchase from empire again. They should have replaced the carpet. Bad company to do business with.
