The staff that currently runs this building is inept at best. Renters are subjected to inferior locks, broken "keyed access" doors, loud and obnoxious neighbors who are allowed to blast music at all hours to the horror of tenants. A documented drug-related murder and KNOWN crack-house apartment. Also, repairs on apartment owned property a/c units are NEVER repaired correctly, and currently, tenants are paying almost $280 a month for a/c, where an average single family homeowner pays half of that. The windows are the cheapest single pane glass around, no insulation, and NO insullation in ceilings (verified by PEPCO). This is poor, substandard and unacceptable. Be warned, and do NOT subject your family, frienda or loved one's to the horror that is "MARLOW PLAZA APARTMENTS."
