This service is supposed to be available for current tenants ot write reviews of their living at certain apartment properties. These are also supposed to be used by prospective tenants to see what they are getting into.
The apartment guide is obviously paid for by the apartments, as they limit what you are allowed to print! If you speak of a certain situation, like roaches or mold, and try to pass on information to your neighbors on how to resolve a problem, they delete your review!!! They will only print reviews that meet their criteria, even if it omits information that current and prospective tenants should be aware of.
It is so obvious that they are paid for by the landlords and, to me, this is a conflict of interest!!!
