The apartments located at 1819 W. Cameron Ave, Rockdale, Tx are unlivable. They lack maintenance that is needed. Plus mold on the outside of the wall. Neighbors play loud music to disturb people. Plus loud parties along with problems with one manager in Apt. 1 There is a man who owns these units, He refuses to take care of the apartments. He went up on the apartment prices. I was paying in the 300's. Then it jumped up to the 500's. It would took over 5 to 6 months to get anything fixed. Plus the manager would try to come on to any females who rented the units. This has been confirmed. Okay. The manager would call and harrass the tenants on rents payments. He would have his favorites and others like blacks or whites, were inferior. He is from the other part of the world. He loved hispanics, he once quoted to me that hispanic are blind and willing to pay high prices. He tried to push me into drinking alcohol to get me drunk. He even walked into the apartment. Not to mention that he said that he needed company. He walked inside without knocking. This occurred while my roomate was at work. Please, if you want to relocate to Rockdale to live in these apartments, Think twice because they are not disable friendly or care about the handicap people.
