Started a refinance thru chase in june. Our balloon payment matured in september. After months of going back and forth and them not doing their job our loan is now in default. We are afraid we will loose our home and there is no reason for this. Good credit and on time payments for the past 7 years to them also... Need some guidance on how to proceed. We are trying to refinance. They have turned the whole thing around to blame us!!! Their customer!
