I ordered a showerhead in May 26, received the wrong one, called - you sent me the correct one but charged me for both until the other one was returned. You received it three weeks ago - also I ordered a Cascade robe hook on the same date - have not received - got an email saying they no longer manufacture this item - asked if I wanted a replacement - I emailed my replacement and have not heard a word. I have still not got credited for $186.59 and I am being charged interest on this item. Calling you is a nightmare - I have spent a total of six hours total trying to get this whole mess resolved. Terrible customer service.
