About two years ago I ordered several products from this company. Several items on my invoice were said to be on backorder. One that I did receive was a substitute, I assume, for the item I had originally ordered and the other was defective.
I immediately contacted the company to get instructions for returns. I then returned the defective item and expected to receive a replacement for it within four weeks as told to me by the customer service people. After 5 weeks and no order received I called their office again. This time their customer service people assured me that they had received my return and my replacement item was on it's way to me. Meanwhile, the "backorder items" date of delivery kept changing.
I continued to call cutomer service and had to deal with rude and inconsiderate people. Around four months later the whole story changed and they started to tell me that they had never received any return item from me and they showed no record of any error they'd made for the replacement item in my original order. About a year or so later I did receive one of the "backorder items" in the mail but have yet to receive the replacement item for the defective one that was mailed back to them.
