Paid for but did not receive item

I ordered an item and received the wrong item. I may have ordered the wrong one and so I sent back the wrong item, at the co request along with a shippint payment and instructions on the correct item I wanted. I was told that they were out of that item and this co wanted to sell me a more expensive item. I replied that I did not want that item and selected another. The co said they would send me a paypal to send more money for the new item. I never got the paypal.

I called the co at least 3x, and left a messages. They did not call back. I filed a dispute with the credit co. I received a letter from the credit card co along with a copy from the co reply to the despute.in it the co said I did not return the item. That is not true. The package was not rerurned and I have the cancelled check for shipment of the correct item that was included in the package of the returned item. So I know they received the returned item.

So I paid for an item, paid for shipment twice and did not receive the item.
