Freedom Mortgage failed to meet our written agreement through Flagship Financial. They fail to complete the closing four times, causing me to pay fees to my current mortgage bank, and at the end causing my locked interest rate with Freedom Mortgage to expire. Freedom mortgage was responsible for the delays, now they want me to pay for the rate I had originally locked with no buy down fee, because the interest are higher. They have pulled my credit several times to cause my credit score to go down because of too many inquiries. I lost a good opportunity to refinance with a good interest rate, because they are to put it in a simple term "CROOKS." I was able to save myself by going to the company I should have started with in the first place, USAA. The government and the authorities who regulate this businesses are failing us. We need to shut them down and stop this non-sense. If you work for this company get credit for the next crash of the housing market, and don't worry Freedom Mortgage there's other companies like you, and might be better. I have moved on with this chapter of my life and will be able to sleep well, will they? My buck stopped somewhere else. Save yourselves and don't do business with them.
