Freedom, which uses loancare to handle your account is borderline loan sharks. They never return phone calls. I'm on the phone with them almost daily. I was forced to refi with another bank and happy to have done it. And, ofcourse they fee'd me to the tune of 1700 dollars... Not to mention the 5 bi-weekly payments they seem to have lost. I'm sure they'll figure it out sooner or later... But meanwhile i get treated like crap while they keep dodging my calls. They are rude most of the time and no one is able to answer a simple question. Please... Save yourself alot of headachs, there are plenty of good companys Freedom and LoanCare is not one of them.
