During refiancing procedures I was told after everything was approved that I would not have to make a house payment for two months. Three appointments were set up for house closing/notarizer and I had three noshows/no calls from their representative... Now they tell me I have to make a house payment before anything else can be done... However, after being told I did not have to make 2 house payments... I used the money for christmas shopping etc... I was misled by Freedom Mortgage... They are difficult to reach (placed on hold 20-30 minutes each time I call)... IfI ran a busines like Freedom Mortgage... I would be going bankrupt within months!!!
