VA Refinance Nightmare

Started my refinance paperwork June had a rate lock of 3.75% for VA refinance. It is not August 60 days have passed, and my rate lock agreement has expired. I have dealt with 3 different people processing my loan application. Each time I've sent documentation via electronic mail, and immediately submitted necessary documents within 24 hrs. One week prior to my rate lock agreement expiring, I received an email from the third freedom mortgage loan processor who requested more documents for underwriting to review, and even documents that were previously submitted. After submitting the documents to the loan processor, I call his direct number and emailed him, but have not received any response for 7 days. I filed a complaint with customer service, but have not received any response for 7 days. I'm an existing customer with freedom mortgage, and apparently, that doesn't get any response to my inquiries. After spending $450 on a VA Appraisal, and $75 termite inspection, my loan application is now past closing. No one at freedom mortgage seems to understand or care of the urgency is getting things done on time or within the time period necessary. What a waste of my time and money. I can't wait to find a top notch lender that deserves my business. I will never recommend freedom mortgage, regardless of their promises. I'm done with this company and anyone associated with it.
