Freedom Mortgage is a great company with one exception, lost 35% of income during housing crises. My home was worth $250 thousand and now it is worth 90 thousand. They refused to reconstruct the loan and for some odd reason they said my income was insufficient to pay the loan. My VA income is $37 thousand a year and that is a net. My mortgage payment is $1,000 a month. Why would I not be able to pay that amount. If my monthly payment from the VA is 3,200 a month
