If your purchasing a Steam Shower, find another retailer to purchase from. The only reception that answers any calls is sales, after that you are on your own. I purchased a unit in December and two months later am still waiting for replacement parts so I can finish assembling this thing. No e-mails are returned, no phone calls are returned, no certification marks for electrical inspection, just sales, what a joke.
