I ordered in May a Royal bathtub. They charged my credit card $500 and they promised to send me a copy of my order by email. Also they promised to deliver in July. Now is august, I called and they told me that if I want to cancel they will cancel the order other wise I have to wait other. No apologies or something like that. After I cancelled Brett said he will send an email with cancellation but of course he didn't. Do not mess with them or you will get what I get.
