Ok bought this unit in sept it was bit of a trick to get to together, but after that we had major leaking issues, we used the steam twice and it broke, they sent me a second steam generator and that worked for the first year, we had guests last weekend and one of them accidently turned on the steam when showering, it did not work but we awoke to the sound of the smoke alarm at 3am. Now the bathroom wall is against my daughters closet, and the generator caught fire, we got it out but what a bloody mess. Now the back of the shower has a melt hole in and is unusable. I am undecided weather or nt to get a lawyer involved as i have always had good luck with the customer service the company provides, we will leave this issue alone and see what they would do for me... My husband is the contractor who built the house, so it is just going to be replacement of the cloths for my daughter and alot of cleaning.
