We need some questions answered about documents we are to send before they will give us an actual closing date for our refinance but cannot get our service rep to return our calls. We have been jerked around by Citibank for more than a year now trying to simply refinance our home as we were ordered to do by our county's court system. We now have charges pending against us nad are trying our best to comply yet Citibank refuses to help or return calls. Can anyone out there help??? Our mortgage is in excellent standing, we both have secure jobs and just want to get this finished already. How long does a refinance take??? Not a year or more that's for sure. I have refinanced other homes in as little as three weeks. Is Citibank refinancing just a scam???
