I purchased my steam shower on November with steamshowersinc.com.initially I was wary of making such a large purchase online, especially without getting to see the product in person first. The sales rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable in assisting with me with finding the correct unit for my size and space. I decided to purchase the Ariel Platinum line as I was told that this unit is of the highest quality out of all the lines carried. I have been thoroughly impressed with the unit after getting it installed. The technical support department was very helpful in assisting my contractor with all the installation steps necessary to have this installed properly. The 6kw steam generator produces a generous amount of steam and the convenience of taking of a shower directly in the unit is a bonus. I have had no issues with my unit and everything has been working exceptionally. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be recommending this particular line to my friends and family.
