After I shifted into this location, I indicated my requirement for peaceful. I am an expert lady by having an infection that triggers lots of exhaustion, hence needing lots of adequate relaxation and rest.
The initial month it had been obvious that my neighbors weren't prepared to follow the guidelines of no sound. The folks above me are regularly loud; additional neighbors within the building are simply as discourteous. I've documented problems for ten weeks now. I've had several strong evenings of rest, regularly being woken up in the centre of evening by some ridiculous friend or another. Stomping about the steps, slamming gates, keeping noisy discussions within the hall outside my device, events about the top garden in the centre of the night time, squealing wheels about the sidewalk at 3:00am, noisy phone discussions outside my room window at4:30am, etc., etc. Yes, all the above and much more has happened. Yes it's all been documented.
A couple of months back I had been informed I'd be transferred to some quieter building, which the building I'm in is once the loudest one when it comes to sound levels with neighbors.
I've yet to be transferred. Actually... After I pressed the problem, I had been informed that I'd need to spend a rest lease charge, place in a totally fresh deposit while waiting as much as thirty days for return of my aged deposit (minus any quantities they decided was owed for problems towards the device), and signal yet another one-year lease.
To top everything off - NONE of the images they display are real pictures of what exists. The models are nothing beats the things they "display" you on rent.com, or that which you observe in a show device. So when you request to determine the particular device you'll be "designated" to, they decrease, providing a reason they do not have someone to display.
Really shady people. Whenever you protest, you're passed down to another person which means you need to start over. Whenever you appear within their practices, they create a variety of sounds and state they will repair it, and not do. All-they worry about is whether you spend your lease.
