I'm creating a proper complaint about administration at Highland Watch. I've never had a flat manager act just how the supervisor, Keith reacts below. I've been advised rest after rest and that I have no idea who to think.
I've reported frequently about my neighbors being noisy and nothing continues to be completed about this. I had been guaranteed "peaceful living problems" and was guaranteed any issues regarding sound could be handled instantly. I've gotten an attitute from administration as though I'm becoming an irritation and all-they do is hit me down. I confronted to contact corporate and just subsequently was my issue significantly looked after. Our friend discovered I informed administration on him and he's confronted me verbally by shouting at me within the places. Personally I think my security reaches risk and that I don't have any proof to contact law enforcement. Administration will not assist me, and so I am needing to proceed to pay for lease even if I'm no further staying in this residency and my rent is up in 30 days. It has triggered me a significant quantity of tension and today I'm frightened they'll not provide me my deposit back centered on me threatening to contact the organization workplace.
Please somebody do something against these folks. How they are acting and managing their tenants is wretched.
