I've existed at Gramercy Park Apartments since 2007. I resigned annually rent in July for my 2 bedroom residence.

In 2007 my partner and that I encounter a sizable trickle within the visitor toilet above the tub. Water was loading through the roof creating a sizable drop within the sheetrock.
