I've been living in the apartments for three years. Never late on lease, no grievances, and our aprtment is-is the same condition when i shifted directly into it. For your past 24 months i've repeatedly reported about the neighbors and the activities in the building. I've neighbors that play music 24/7 its so long our issues shake on my dining room table. I've neighbors wherever i arrive home and they're smoking marjiuanna within the hall and departing illuminated cigarrettes and buts within the places that will be dangerous and embarrassing. I recently had a friend in the centre of the night had one their enimies come and start working their door and surprise the entire building. I cant sleep during the night im so scared of what may occur. Away from building there's trash and dirty diapers and individuals peeing us the parking lot at nite and continuous events and individuals slamming doors and screaming in the hallways. While my company comes around ihave males shouting in the porch erotic and harassing remarks. This really is so embarrassing rather than to say i can not actually rely on my fingers just how many times the police department has been over below... They may too live here! Another friend barbecues and abandon light water outside on the floor which provides a request to someone to burn the building down which is frightening! I've ladybug and miquitos and bees contantly obtaining my windows and ive been stung often. I've talked to the director but she is says there's nothing she may do but contact pest control which doesnt work. Well my lease is up and that i am shifting. I had been not aware that we were suspose to provide 60 days and from the moment i then found out i had been approved it was of a month later with the hassle after i discovered i had been accepted. And so i gave them a notice rather than to say before then i'd keep in touch with a woman in january saying that i had been not likely to renew my lease and she simply said ok she'd inform the right individual. But i went ahead once i acquired approved and published a letter stating why i had been moving and the day. 14 days later they leave a cover at my doorstep that i'd to create a transaction of 748.00 for may lease despite the fact that my lease is up in march. The home manager didnt possess the decentcy to call me or visit to talk about the issues i had been having with my neighbors or send any warnings after i repeated named into protest. Why must i need to pay rent to get a month im not here it's absolutely ridiculous and how a economy is today who can afford it. I also told them that my mother has cancer and other health conditions, im marriage, and having a kid and may no further rise 4 routes of stairs and that i need to look after my mother. The assitantmanger was very rude and hung on me. I've been only an excellent reisdent and respected all neighbors but didnt get that in exchange and continuously free rest from being hazardous in my house. I cant believe they need me to cover per month that im not there and my lease is up. It doesn't matter how many days atleast i gave them a sufficient period of time (per month and some days in writing and over 2 weeks in spoken!) to let the understand i had been not renewing my rent. I'll not reccomend one to go here and that i can tell everyone i understand the issues i've and also the inresponsible administration riverchase (clk qualities) in missouri they have.
