We think that we've been scammed by First Town leases Within The Towns, Florida. After numerous un-delivered telephone calls and emails to the Home Manager, First Town Leases, to obtain our Goal lease because of us (around. $2,500.00) which was per month 5 late, we recognized that by May 1st, the Very First Town Accommodations Site vanished and also the telephone number no further solutions as First Town Leases, and our emails bounce-back to us declaring "auto reply" without any information attached. It seems the First Town Leases has closed-shop and absconded with a lot of its client’s funds. First Town Leases had a fiduciary obligation to its customer home owners under agreement to gather our rents and remit them to us, the home owners, after denying their rightful fee. Moreover, we trusted our houses for them and settled regular caretaking costs, etc. Plus they have forgotten our houses and certainly will not react to us. They've our secrets and use of our houses. It seems that they're thieves and really should be punished. If other people within this scenario want to contact us we'd relish it once we reside in NJ and certainly will not instantly run-down to Florida. You want to record this to all accountable regulators, police stop, greater business agency, department of customer matters, etc. The entrepreneurs of First Town Leases should be ceased from doing further scams.
