In July my spouse and that I were solicited to go to the Great Miramar Resort in Puerto Vallarta. As a swap due to their packed account the Great Miramar guaranteed to purchase our current timeshare, refunding the cash inside a particular time period and use Top End Leases (Luxurious Vallarta) not to just market the present home but book the bought device at Great Miramar supplying rental revenue for four weeks each year $1400/rental. None of the decided conditions have already been satisfied. I've appealed this as scam through Bank of America for that card which was exposed and struck a solid wall. I've been battling since September to obtain aid from Great Miramar, Top End Leases, and Lender of America without having success. Please help in anyway you are able to and inform everybody to remain from Great Miramar Hotels and Top End Leases.
