Richard McFarland, of Delta Interests in Marshall, TX, is taking oil and gas well investment money from people all over the United States and not paying his investors. He is a scammer and continues to string his investors along, promising he will pay them soon and get caught up on past revenues that he owes them. He has had numerous people invest in leases and the leases have not closed, so no one has been paid. There is no paper trail, no wells in Starr county that have the names he has given them... Don't fall for his scam! He should be in jail!!!
