While on my search to find Bay Carpet s phone number on the internet again (must be about my 6th. Time in 25 years using them!) I was very surprised to see such a complaint from Chrissy. I too live on Long Island and used Karl (I'm pretty sure he is the owner) and his installers so many times it would make my husbands eyes roll! I was always redecorating and all I can say is thank goodness for his great prices and service! I never had a problem once. Maybe he had a new guy or something on that job... Don't know? What I do know is that I was always very satisfied and in this day and age that is pretty rare! Now my 11 year old wants to redecorate her bedroom for her birthday (which of course means a new color carpet!). Everyone knows times are tougher now. All I can say is I'm counting on Karl a to come and save the day (and my marriage) again!!
