I can not begin to save enough about the service I received from Bay Carpet (K.L. Carpet Corp.) From the very first call, I was impressed with the way my phone call was handled by the owner himself (Karl) — he was pleasant and profession. I was able to schedule an in-home appointment that fit my time frame. The selection process was easy and no hard selling. I was even able to save a few dollars by not being forced to replace padding that was clearly in good condition. Delivery and installation was prompt and scheduled promised. The service men were careful and considerate and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about my in-home carpet purchase experience with Bay Carpet. I am thrilled with my selection & the price was right and the service was fantastic! No matter where you live on Long Island — Bay Carpet is at your service!
