I am a recurring customer of Bay Carpet and I must say how happy I am with my most recent carpet installation, which was a big job of several rooms and a staircase. I have used Bay Carpet several times over the years and I have always been completely satisfied with the professionalism, quality of merchandise, price, and the expertise of the installers. I found the installers to be prompt, courteous, fast and exceptionally clean with the removal of the old carpet & padding. The installers did a great job capping the staircase and moving the furniture.
