Quite simply put "THE BEST OF THE BEST" Karl and his crew took care of my aged parents living in Queens like as if it were his very own family. I live in Los Angeles and truly had no referals to trust. I found Karl and Bay Carpet s on Craigs list and from the very begining I explained my in laws needs and he went from there.
