Needed to repaint window - painting service

Ask certa pro painter if i needed to glaze windows before we painted. They said no.

Here is the response from two window glazers:

"The painters should never have painted without the window work being done.
That wasn't very professional of them. I'm sorry you're in this position."

So i needed to repaint the windows. I contacted cera pro and they did not resolve. [email protected]
