Bay carpet has the best service and choices in NY. I have not been able to find another company that can compete and bring carpet same day. Bay Carpet offers selection and hundreds of samples. Karl was able to book me the same day and have a Bay Carpet rep come to my home. They showed up on time and Bay Carpet followed up on everything. I feel Bay Carpet is the best carpet and flooring store i have seen in a long time. They work with you on a plan that best fits you.
