I have been using Bay Carpet now for the past 3 or so years, and I can honestly say that their prices are unbelievable, and their installers and salespeople are top notch. So far, I have used them in 2 offices, my home, and my grandmother's home, and couldn't be happier with the results. The carpet is high quality, and the workmanship is second to none.
I dealt with Karl who couldn't be more accomodating. He sat down with my wife on numerous occasions and made her feel comfortable in the decision making process, and offered a lot of helpful advice and color schemes. He was prompt, very professional and had so many quality samples for us.
The workers left the place spotless when they left and I have since seen some of the carpeting I purchased for 20-30 per cent more in stores.
I have referred numerous clients to Bay Carpet and all of my friends have been very happy.
