I received a quote for a Sears employee for a new garage door and motor. I also received a quote from Mesa. The Sears employee - Asif - told me that he would not match the price that I received from Mesa but he would match one from Lowes and/or Home Depot. I then received a quote from Lowes and called Asif. He did not return my call. I then texted up a copy of the price from Lowes and he did not respond. I followed up with another text and did not receive a response. After all of this, I signed his quote and faxed it to the number that he gave me, twice. Still no response. Asif is rude and obviously unable to work with the public.
I then chatted with customer service online and while they were happy to help me, they were unable to because Sears does not post product prices online.
I am utterly appalled at your company. I have never had such a difficult time trying to spend money. I have a $500 gift card to Sears and at this point, I want cash instead of the garage door. Lowe's will gladly take my business.
