I just received a package from Chase saying my mortage was 30 or more days late and that my loan is in default.in August they sent me a check back saying my loan did not have an active plan. I have been going back and forth with Chase for a month now. Talked with someone on Thursday who assured me there had been a mistake made, they put me in foreclosure. I really have lost all respect for Chase. I am thinking they also took some point off my credit score because of their "mistake"
